01 · Who we are
Holdis is a product of Oden Grupp OÜ.
We did not build it as a software company that went off to study the maintenance trade. We built it inside a maintenance company, for our own daily work, because no existing tool knew what a maintenance act is.
02 · How we build
Every module grew out of a real problem.
Acts came from paper forms going missing and from having to drive back to the site for a signature. Warehouse came from nobody knowing what was in the van. Payroll came from the end of the month disappearing into spreadsheets. We add a module once we have lived through the pain ourselves, not once it would look good on a sales page.

- The product is in Estonian, because the work happens in Estonian.
03 · Who it is for
For maintenance and field-service firms, at any size.
Keeping sites running, statutory inspections, callouts and the paperwork that follows them. Our own technicians work on fire-safety and low-voltage systems, but the product does not ask which systems you maintain, nor how many technicians you have. If your month ends in hunting for acts and stitching spreadsheets together, Holdis was written for you.
