The terms on which Holdis is used and billed.

1. Service provider

2. Formation and entry into force
DRAFT (for the lawyer): account creation, subscription confirmation, who may contract on a company’s behalf.
3. Scope of the service and modules
DRAFT (for the lawyer): what a module includes and excludes, adding and removing modules.
4. Price, billing and minimum period
DRAFT (for the lawyer): public price list, billing period, VAT, price change procedure, the 14-day minimum period; see the /hinnad FAQ; the wording must match.
5. Termination
DRAFT (for the lawyer): cancellation at the end of the current period, data export and the deletion deadline after termination.
6. Customer obligations
DRAFT (for the lawyer): account security, prohibited use, responsibility for entered content.
7. Availability and maintenance windows
