Acts

The act is what a maintenance firm actually sells: the invoice rests on it and the inspection asks about it. This set covers the whole path of an act, from the template builder to the signed PDF in the archive.

Acts

Act forms, filling in on site and the client’s signature through a link, as one life cycle.

  • 1.1

    Template builder

Build your own act forms: fields, checkpoints, mandatory answers. Each system type gets its own template, and editing a template does not break old acts.

  • 1.2

    Filled in on site

The technician fills the act in on a phone even with no signal: the work is stored on the device and syncs when the network returns. Photos attach straight away.

  • 1.3

    Client signing link

The client gets a link and signs the act in a browser, with no account and no login. The moment of signing, the IP and the email address stay recorded on the act.

  • 1.4

    An archive ready for inspection

Every act is searchable by site, date, system and technician. When an inspection arrives, nobody hunts for a folder: the view is already there.

  • 1.5

    Fire-safety acts to Estonian requirements

Acts also covers fire-safety acts that meet Estonian requirements, including fire alarm system acts. That is a capability of this module, not a separate module: client fire alarm system acts require the Acts module.

From template to signature

  1. 01

    Field

One checkpoint: its name, the type of answer, and whether it must be filled in.

  2. 02

    Form

The fields become a template. One system type, one act form, filled in on a phone.

  3. 03

    PDF

The filled form becomes a PDF carrying the photos, the time and the technician’s name.

  4. 04

    Signature

The client opens the link and signs. The signed PDF stays in the archive.
