One module
The act is what a maintenance firm actually sells: the invoice rests on it and the inspection asks about it. This set covers the whole path of an act, from the template builder to the signed PDF in the archive.

Logbook

The site’s memory, and the part of it the client sees for themselves. Logbook keeps the chronology of the work done, Client portal gives the client their own view, and Rental tracks the equipment that has gone out.

Work arrives as a call, an email or an alarm, and it has to reach a specific person with a deadline. This set covers taking the ticket, emergency callouts, planning the day and seeing the sites on a map.
